    Ritual is simply what happens when we bring intention and ceremony to our day to day life. I will teach you what it’s like to utilize ritual in your daily life to facilitate deeper connection and recognition for your parts and story.

    There is something beautiful that happens when we connect to sources greater than ourselves. To the extent you are comfortable, I will help you to discover your own sense of spirituality on your own terms. Or if you already feel comfortable in that, we will join together to incorporate it into our work together.

  • Integration

    As you begin to meet your parts (IFS), connect to your intuition & step into your wholeness, you will begin to experience an integration, a re-member-ance (if you will), that brings together all of your old ways and new.



Through meeting parts of your internal world, accountability, ritual, writing and spirituality, you will learn how to use your story as a medium for your transformation that will heal you & draw you towards conscious connections you never knew possible.
