I am a healer, Intuitive facilitator, CONSULTANT, coach, & licensed therapist.
I use a blend of IFS (parts work), inner child healing, spirituality and somatic work from a holistic, attachment lens, and trauma informed approach.
I believe we were all born innately whole and our work is simply returning back to that wholeness by releasing shame and trauma (from multiple timelines), connecting to ourselves and our intuition, and befriending our shadow.
I have been doing this work for over a decade & have guided countless numbers of individuals on this journey, leading them to experience freedom, deeper connection to themselves, greater access to their intuition, and empowered embodiment.
I am a consultant and coach with Pacific Premier Group and also the in house therapist / coach at Pacha House Denver.
Details: I am certified by the state of Colorado, the state of Texas, AND the state of California as a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a Nationally Board Certified Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors. Trained in Internal Family Systems by the International IFS Institute. Reiki level I & II trained. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. I am also EMDR level II trained.
